Combat the negative physical effects of remote working

Last year, practically the whole world was moved to remote working. Not only did people start spending more time online in meetings, but less time stepping away from their desks. Many didn't, and still don't have the appropriate set up at home.

How can you reduce the likelihood of the physical side effects of working at home?

As well as taking regular breaks and stepping away from your work area (e.g. 20 20 20 rule), we've just commissioned Will and Mike at PostureWorx to bring you a series of tips and exercises for you and your team to do at your virtual desk.

These are really handy to reduce the effects of remote working and improve your well-being. We've created a playlist on our YouTube - make sure you like and subscribe to updates.
