Paper Weight for Printing​

To help guide you when you're looking what to print your collateral as we've pulled together a helpful list below:

Paper Weight is measured in grams per square meter (gsm)

75-100gsm* - standard office printer/photocopier paper

120gsm - letterheads
-
130gsm - used for mass-produced promotional material like direct mail - good for two-sided printed - any less than 130 gsm, you will see through to the print on the other side

150-200gsm - flyers and brochures and need to be scored if folded
-
250 gsm - brochure covers, posters, cards, and booklets - scoring required for folding

300 gsm - greeting cards and business cards
